Terms
Rhythm is not open yet, so there is no service to agree to terms about. This page states the terms that will apply when it opens, so they are visible before anyone signs up rather than after.
Who can use it
Adults, 18 and over. Rhythm is not for minors and accounts found to belong to one will be removed.
What you own
Your answers, your photos and your words stay yours. You give Rhythm permission to use them to run the product for you — to pick your questions and to make introductions — and nothing else. You can take them with you or delete them at any time.
What Rhythm owns
The name, the mark, the site, the question bank and the way matching works. You may not copy, scrape, or resell them.
How to behave
- Be yourself. One account, real photos of you, your real age.
- Respect a no. Boundaries other people set are absolute.
- No harassment, no threats, no sexual content involving minors, no illegal activity.
Blocking and reporting are available everywhere. Reports are read by a person. Accounts that harm people are removed without refund or appeal.
Introductions
Rhythm suggests; it does not vouch. Nobody is screened or background-checked. Meeting a stranger is your decision and your risk — meet in public, tell someone where you are going.
No promises
Rhythm does not promise you a match, a friendship, a relationship, or that anyone will reply. It is provided as it is, without warranty, and its liability is limited to whatever you have paid it — which, for the friends side, is nothing.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told inside the product before the change takes effect.
Where
Rhythm is operated from Washington state, United States, and these terms are governed by Washington law.
